African Day Parade is an annual parade organized in Harlem to bring together not only people born in Africa but people of Africa descent regardless of where they are born. It is a parade where everyone is unified as one people from one common set of ancestors. It is a time to celebrate our culture and traditions and together we become a unified community. 
The parade will begin on W. 135th Street and Malcolm X Blvd/Lenox Ave and will end at W. 122nd Street and Malcom X Blvd/Lenox Ave. After the Parade there will be a festival with performers and presenters at Marcus Garvey Park.
